SUP

Suppailu eli seisten melonta on helppo ja turvallinen vesiliikuntamuoto, joka sopii kaikille. Tunneilla ei vaadita aikaisempaa kokemusta, vaan ammattitaitoiset ohjaajamme opastavat sinut alkuun.

SUP-tunneille pääset osallistumaan kesäkaudella Lauttasaaressa Kasinonrannassa. Saat suppailuun tarvittavat varusteet; laudan, melan ja kelluntaliivin paikan päältä. Paras varustus suppailuun on kevyt sään mukainen liikuntavarustus.

SUP-Outdoor

SUP-Outdoor tunnilla opit SUP-lautailun perusteita: turvallisen harrastamisen, laudan ja melan käsittelemisen, seisten melonnan sekä melontatekniikoita.

SUP Pilates/Jooga

SUP Pilates/Jooga tunnilla tutustutaan aluksi SUP-lautailun perusteisiin. Tämän jälkeen tunti koostuu pilateksesta ja joogasta tutuista liikkeistä. Tunnilla edetään rauhallisesti oman kehon tuntemuksia kuunnellen. Pääpaino tunnilla on tasapainon, kehotuntemuksen sekä syvien lihaksien kehittämisessä.

SUP Fit & Balance

SUP Fit & Balance tunnilla tutustutaan aluksi SUP-lautailun perusteisiin, jonka jälkeen tunti koostuu laudan päällä tehtävistä kehonhallintaa, tasapainoa ja lihaskestävyyttä haastavista liikkeistä. Tunnilla edetään rauhallisesti oman kehon tuntemuksia kuunnellen.

(English) SUP Yoga™ is a peaceful yet rewarding workout class. You will be led through movements which enhance body control and your sense of balance -- on a stand-up-paddleboard! Compared to your average landlocked yoga class, working out on a stand-up paddleboard will push you to get the most out of every move. Balance on the board and dig deep to stay in control! Our VSP training will test your entire body during a highly-effective session in a picture-perfect setting. This format, which many will already be familiar with, consists of a warmup, a muscle workout (abs, butt and back!), and cool down exercises. Compared to floor exercises, stand up paddleboarding provides a better workout environment, because each movement is combined with balancing on the board. You need to dig deep to hold those poses!
